Problem Statement

Recent feedback and metrics indicate that Sakila is experiencing a decrease in repeat customer rentals. The aim is to understand customer behavior better, tailor their experience, and thereby improve retention.

Objective

Identify key metrics related to customer behavior, popular movies, and rental patterns to strategize customer engagement and improve retention.

In my 'Enhancing Customer Engagement & Retention in Sakila Film Rentals' project, I analyzed the Sakila database to understand customer rental patterns. My analysis provided insights to drive improved customer engagement and retention within the movie rental industry, leveraging SQL for data extraction and Retool for visualization.
