Welcome! I'm Elizabeth, a Master's graduate in Global Studies & International Relations from Northeastern University. With a decade of experience in project management, data analysis, account management, and report generation, I thrive on aligning company strategy with market trends and enhancing the customer journey.

Currently, I serve as a Giver Services Support Contractor, where I manage cases and client information using Salesforce, provide top-tier support to Grantors and Grantees, and oversee monthly grant reports. My previous roles at Mountain West Financial, Inc. as Lock Desk Supervisor and Production Coordinator have further honed my skills in client relationship management and operational efficiency.
